- What counts as a business day?
- Monday to Friday. With "Skip US federal holidays" ticked, the 11 federal holidays are skipped too, using the observed date when a holiday falls on a weekend.
- Is the start date counted?
- No. Business days are counted after the start date, up to and including the end date. That matches how most deadlines are worked out, such as "within 10 business days".
- How do I find the date 10 business days from today?
- Switch to "Add business days", keep today as the start date and enter 10. The calculator skips weekends and holidays to find the date.
- Which holidays are included?
- New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
